Amanda V. Rodriguez

Amanda V. Rodriguez joined Dixon Cooper Brown as a Senior Associate in December 2019. She has seven years of experience practicing workers’ compensation law in Southern California. Within the first three months of practicing, she successfully defended against a post-termination claim, achieving her first Take-Nothing, a notable achievement so early on in her career. This early victory fueled her enthusiasm for the law and desire to litigate aggressively for her clients.  

Ms. Rodriguez handles all aspects of claim representation including depositions, trials, and general case management. She has experience representing self-insured employers, insured employers, and municipalities. Ms. Rodriguez prides herself on providing representation that aims to put forth the best defense possible, while also taking into consideration the mitigation of litigation costs. She enjoys working with her clients to achieve the most desirable results and resolutions of her cases.
